All text, visual materials, document templates, and internal systems developed or presented by DealTopDoc remain the intellectual property of the company, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients receive permission to use materials and documents solely for their intended purpose as described in their service agreement.
DealTopDoc may use third-party software, hosting platforms, or communication tools to provide its services. The company is not responsible for any limitations or issues arising from external components or service providers that operate outside our control.
All materials, forms, and communications exchanged between DealTopDoc and its clients are treated as confidential. No information will be shared with unauthorized persons or organizations unless required by law or explicitly approved by the client in writing.
Payment conditions, rates, and timelines are defined in each client agreement. Clients are expected to follow the specified invoicing schedule. Work may be temporarily paused if payments are delayed until outstanding amounts are received in accordance with the agreed terms.
Project timelines, milestones, and expected delivery dates are discussed and confirmed during the planning phase. DealTopDoc aims to follow the established schedule but reserves the right to adjust timelines due to changes in project scope, additional document requirements, or unforeseen administrative dependencies.
Clients may request reasonable revisions to documents within the boundaries of the original service scope. Requests that include new documentation types, expanded coordination, or legal restructuring are considered additional work and will be subject to new approval and cost evaluation.
DealTopDoc shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental losses, delays, or disruptions arising from the use of its website, documentation tools, or related services. Our responsibility is limited to the specific obligations clearly defined in each written agreement.
All documentation services are provided with care, professionalism, and attention to accuracy. However, DealTopDoc does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, error-free functionality, or that external systems used for file transfer or storage will always perform without issues.
Either party may terminate cooperation by providing written notice. DealTopDoc will deliver all completed materials prepared up to the termination date once all service payments have been fulfilled according to the agreement.
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our document preparation and coordination services, refunds are generally not issued after work has begun. However, the following cases may qualify for review:
Partial refunds or credits may be granted at the company’s discretion when justified and confirmed in mutual written agreement.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes or claims arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
